I can see me carrying my DS Lite and games around in this case to places around town where I have some waiting to do or even on a trip whether by land, sea or air. I like that my DS Lite isn't going to be joseled around waiting to be scratched, the rubber inside keeps it safely in place.along with places for two extra stylus' and some games. I ordered a different DS holder that arrived and while it was an okay product except the color wasn't pink but peach, I sent that back and kept looking until I found this product. I like the compactness so much, that I don't see the need of having a bigger case to include packing up the charger inside a larger case.
It's a soft pink (reminds me of strawberry ice cream) that actually matches a set of stylus' that Amazon offers by another manufacturer. I received a rose Nintendo DS Lite for Christmas and figured I'd better find something to protect it from scratches. It's all compact and it's all there. I have no need for the two SD slots and would have preferred to see them as two more game slots.I just think this is a great product that I would recommend to anyone. It's all safely fit in without being so snug you can't get things out of.I like that.
You just have to remember to bring along the charger. When you open it up with everything loaded in the case, it's just a clean, organized means of carrying your DS unit and its accessories. This product was far superior, in my opinion, than the first case. My tote bag will do just fine. Since this is a hard plastic with rubber inside, once the DS is inside it does tend to be a little weighty.
Personally that's not a big issue for me and my use. My only issue, and really it's one I can live with, is that it only holds 4 games, plus one in the DS itself. It's all there safely waiting for you to pick it up and start playing.
I like that this is hard on the outside so I feel that my DS is protected. I'd rather have 2 more spaces for games. However, I don't think it holds enough games. There are spaces for 2 SD cards, which I don't have or use so those two spaces are useless to me. Otherwise, I like the product and would recommend it. Especially if you travel alot.
I bought this for my wife, who had very peticular specs for a hard case, come with the 2 pen slots 4 game slots and 2 slots for memory cards, the inside is very shock safe rubber and the overall a great buy would recommed it to anyone and would not have reservations to buy one again. if this has a draw back for us it would be the 2 memory card slots one in the game and one in the case is plenty put others might feel different another game slot would have been more welcome but meh doenst break the deal solid 4 stars/5 stars if we werent so picky
The only drawback is that it doesn't have room for more games, but an extra game can always be stored in the player. I looked at all of the ones available and chose this Duracase. I purchased a Nintendo DS Lite for my daughter for Christmas, and I knew I wanted a case. I would recommend this product. It is exactly what it says it is. It houses the game player well, holds 4 games cartridges, and 2 styluses. I was tempted to purchase the Nerf case, but after reading a negative review, decided on this one. I'm glad I did.
Holds the DS well, game spaces are snug. I trust it will protect my DS from scratches and etc.
